  • Chips are virtual tokens used solely for entertainment within the Service. They are not real money and carry no inherent monetary value.
  • Chips cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or converted into real currency, real-world goods, or any other items of tangible value.
  • Any chip balance displayed in your account does not represent a cash balance or deposit of funds.
  • A payout system may exist within the Service; however, any payouts are provided entirely at the discretion of the operator. There is no obligation, guarantee, or entitlement to any payout or conversion of chips to real currency.
  • We reserve the right to modify, adjust, reset, or remove chip balances at any time without prior notice.

5. Provably Fair System

Henry Morgan Casino is committed to transparency and fairness. All games on the Service use a provably fair random number generation (RNG) system based on the HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic algorithm.

Here is how the system works:

  • Server Seed: Before gameplay begins, the server generates a secret server seed and provides you with its SHA-256 hash. This hash acts as a commitment, ensuring the server seed cannot be changed after the fact.
  • Client Seed: You provide your own client seed (or use a default), which is combined with the server seed to produce game outcomes.
  • RNG Formula: Game outcomes are determined by: HMAC-SHA256(server_seed, client_seed:nonce:cursor), which produces deterministic, verifiable random values.
  • Verification: After you rotate your seed pair, the previous server seed is revealed. You can then verify that SHA-256(revealed_server_seed) matches the originally committed hash, confirming the seed was never tampered with.
  • Independent Verification: You can replay the entire RNG sequence to independently confirm that all game outcomes were fairly generated.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Service:

  • Cheating: Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage through any means.
  • Exploiting Bugs: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Service for personal benefit. You are required to report any bugs or errors you discover.
  • Multi-Accounting: Creating, maintaining, or using more than one account per person, or allowing others to use your account.
